From a nondescript doorway on Mission Street, your guests are transported into a warm, intimate theater full of magical possibilities — unlike anywhere else in the city.
The Magic Patio is the perfect venue for corporate team outings, company holiday parties, client entertainment evenings, and private celebrations — for groups between 40–55 guests. Our approach is fully customizable: we build each event around your group, your milestone, and your vision. And planning is entirely stress-free. No need to source entertainment, catering, lighting, décor, or rental furniture. Everything is already here — it’s kind of like magic.

How many guests can the Magic Patio accommodate for a private event?
Our theater seats 55 guests with a very limited amount of standing room available; we recommend 40-55 guests during a private event inside the Magic Patio
My event is bigger, do you do shows in other spaces?
Yes. We can bring our incredible magic to your home, office or event space — Andrew Evans can design a bespoke magical experience for your event’s unique needs. We regularly bring magic to corporate settings, conference and ballrooms, as well as private residences.
What's included in a Magic Patio venue buyout?
A private event or buyout gives you the exclusive use of the Patio for your event. Each event is guaranteed a private magic theater experience with a stage performance. Private events also may have catering and drink service arranged with our trusted catering partners.
Can I bring my own food or catering?
We prefer working with our trusted catering and bar vendors; however, we are able to support some food delivery options (like pizza or burritos) with a staff service charge — supporting you with plates, napkins and cleanup.
Can I bring my own wine, beer, or liquor?
We can accommodate BYOB for wine and beer, no liquor or mixed drinks, with a staff service charge — supporting you with glassware and buckets of ice and cleanup.
How far in advance should I book a private event?
Start talking to us now. We recommend at least 1 month in advance.
